The Apostle Paul wrote the book of Romans twenty-six years after Jesus crucifixion. Unlike most of his other letters, his purpose for writing this epistle was not to correct bad theology or ungodly living, it was to teach great truths of the gospel to believers who had never received Apostolic instruction.
